Solo bandos.
This is a new solo Bandos method for 4t weapons. It's a 7:0 29t cycle meaning you lose 1 tick every 7 hits. According to my calcs it's about 37% more dps than current diagonal kiting, and about 31% more dps after the buckler changes go through, assuming max gear with bandos vambraces and ring of endurance.

Saves so many stams. This is a method for 5 tick weapons (crossbows), altar/door is for 4 tick weapons (bowfa). But yes, altar/door 6:0 with bowfa is much, much better than this. Only after those 3+8=11 ticks, the NPC becomes flinchable again. With the bandos method, the 3rd bow hit it is 9 ticks after the flinch, and because 9 isn't bigger than 11 this hit does not cause a flinch. The 4th bow hit is 13 ticks after the flinch, and because 13>11, this hit does cause a flinch. It's to avoid confusion. I also give a lot of extra tips, which will hopefully lower the barrier of entry to learn this method.
