edit: In update 30.5, they made the change that you could do quick throws which had 50% damage of normal (1.2 seconds) throws. So if you used to perform the former max charged throw (0.6 seconds),you will now do the quick throw, which has 50% of the max charge. The damage loss might come from performing quick throws instead of charged ones.
