If I go the slower method, by choosing the program from the menu (TV Shows, By Network, D-H, Fox, Almost Human, Episode #), the shows will play for free. It would be a lot easier if I could do a search, but oh well.
You can double check in the video settings that the box is set to 2160p, but other than that the movies should be playing in "4K". I've never seen any of the 4K on demand movies in person so I can't comment on how good/bad they look. I saw it in channel 1498. Stupid I know, but it's HBO's fault. The rest of the Fios On Demand is completely useless. They charge for everything and the prices are way too high. I'm not paying $4 for a 24 hour movie rental of a 20 year old movie when I can buy it off of Amazon or at Walmart for the same price, or download or watch it for free on Hulu or something.
