Weeping wounds wouldn’t do a whole lot on a weapon with only 10% stat chance at base. It’s not what I would consider mandatory by any means. Blood Rush stacks crit chance with combo multiplier, and it's not in the mod list for Diwata. Can't install it. But, the Gladiator mod set's effect that does the same thing does effect it.
