Viera and Hrothgar can WEAR helmets (and you'd better equip one); the helmets just don't always display. The reason is because the Viera and Hrothgar have different-shaped heads, which means each piece has to be custom-fitted for each head (they don't just stretch gear over characters; they individually model each one).We do have more hairstyles. In the past, miscellaneous hair attributes were placed within the facial features area of character customization. Within the 6.1 Patch, there has been an update to move those various hair items into the hairstyle section of customization. These miscellaneous items include things like sideburns and bangs. The new savage headpiece for healers clips horribly with most of vieras hairstyles.... I mean, every race has clipping issues like this, and it can still be worn on 8 of the viera hairstyles. You kinda learn to expect not to be able to wear most headpieces when you choose a bushier/bigger hairstyle. No, it cant..
